Mary Lou Steinbacher
Mary Lou Steinbacher has 30 years experience in the education community – 10 years in the capacity of bookkeeper working closely with administration and staff, and 20 years in the Construction Management Department of Jefferson County Public Schools, the largest school district in Colorado. She was Administrative Assistant to the Director of Construction for four of the largest public school bond construction programs in Colorado history, totaling over $1.6 billion.
Mary Lou will provide coordination and administrative support to the team members throughout the project. Her primary focus is the development and maintenance of the total project budget. In addition, her responsibilities include coordination and tracking of applications for payment, change orders and payment facilitation. Following construction, she will coordinate the move-in and will manage and facilitate all warranty issues acting as liaison between owner and contractors.
